you know if people dont have a credit card, alot of banks offer prepaid creditcards. You just register, get your card in the mail, go to a shop/post office/bank to put credit on it and you can buy stuff online that way.

That doesn't exist here in belgium...

The reason im posting that is to help our clan i found out that css in Russia extremly cheap! i can around 20 coppies and get around 300$ and im gonna spent on the games around 100 so its a 200$ more
Another good reason is to sell it to people who live in shit holes like Serbia and allow them to have css without even searching for the game all over the co
